| Bio-pharmaceuticals | ⭐Antibacterial Myricetin has a significant protective effect on infection of Staphylococcus aureus. Myricetin inhibited the formation of biofilm of Staphylococcus aureus in the adhesion stage at 5-200 μmol/L, but did not directly inhibit the growth of bacteria, and the inhibition effect was dose-dependent, which may be related to the regulation of fibrinogen aggregation and hydrophobicity on bacterial surface. ⭐Antivirus 0.1 ~ 10.0μmol/L myricetin can effectively inhibit the synthesis of SARS-CoV helicase protein by interfering with the activity of ATP synthase in vitro, so as to play the role of resistance to SARS-CoV. However, myricetin at this concentration has no toxicity to normal mammary epithelial cells. ⭐Anti-inflammatory Myricetin inhibited the production of proinflammatory factor in macrophage RAW264.7 induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) by 50 ~ 100μmol/L. |
